1. Agricultural Production: Training in agricultural production not only focuses on the narrow band of commodities but is geared towards large-scale commercial farming, thereby addressing the needs of small-scale and subsistence producers, and leveraging opportunities presented by niche products. Production is also taught in a way to support mixed farming addressing issues of household food security and rural livelihood sustainability along with large scale production and promotion of organic stocks.
